Harris Pavilion, Inc. dba Baxter's (“B”) has established the following rules ("Club Rules") to
govern the use of the facilities and to promote the health, safety, welfare, and enjoyment of all persons using the Bar and Venue. B may, in sole discretion, amend these Club Rules from time to time.
Hours of Operation:
B is available for use only during such operating hours as B determines and posted at the entrance. B may close portions of B facilities during normal operating hours for scheduled maintenance and repairs and B may restrict or reserve the use of portions of B facilities for special events or private parties during normal operating hours from time to time.
Membership Cards:
B's may issue membership cards to each Member or designee and authorized user,
identifying the authorized holder and the sponsoring member, if applicable. A membership card may be used only by the person to whom it is issued.
In the event that a membership card(s) is lost or stolen:
 The person to whom it was issued shall immediately notify B so that the account may be canceled and a new number and card(s) issued.
 All membership cards are the property of B's and may be surrendered to B upon the termination of the membership for which they were issued.
Each Member shall give notice to B of the Member's email and mailing address to which B should redirect any notices.
Food and Beverage:
 Alcoholic beverages will be sold and served and may be consumed on B premises only as
permitted by the NC Law and local ordinances.
 B reserves the right in its sole discretion, to refuse service to any person who appears to be
 No alcoholic beverages sold on B premises may be removed from the premises.
 No person shall bring or consume food or beverages on B premises except those furnished by B without prior authorization from B (other than as needed for infants).
Advertisements and Solicitations:
 No person shall post or circulate commercial advertisements or petitions on B premises or use B's membership roster for any purpose other than official Club business without the Club's prior approval.
 No person shall give B's membership roster to anyone who is not a Member or an employee of B for any reason other than official Club business.

Club Personnel and Operations:
 No person other than B and its designees shall supervise, give direction to, or reprimand
Club employees. Verbal or physical abuse or harassment of employees will not be tolerated.
 All persons visiting B are expected to dress in a manner consistent with the specific dress
 Members are responsible for advising their guests as to appropriate dress.
 Shirts and shoes shall be worn at all times on B premises.

Liability for Use of Club Facilities/ Assumption of Risk:
 Members of B shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury at B, or at any activity or function operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by B, caused by the
Member, its designee, authorized users or guests.
 Park where designated ONLY. During venue events, there may be overflow parking areas.
Please be courteous of others and place trash in receptacles, etc.
 Smoking is not permitted inside B. Designated areas outside have been provided for
Illegal Drugs:
 Drugs of any kind are not permitted inside B on or around the premises.
 No firearms or other weapons of any kind are permitted on B premises at any time except
those, if any, that police officers and other public servants and security personnel may be
required to carry while on duty.
Non-Discrimination Policy:
 B employees shall not discriminate against any individual because of the individual's race,
religion, creed, color, sex, national origin, age, physical disability, or marital status.
